Work directly with experienced ghostwriters, editors, and publishing
strategists who guide your book from first draft to final distribution.
Book Nation Media handles the writing, editing, design, and publishing
logistics so you can focus on your message, not the process.
Book Nation Media LLC didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a simple, stubborn belief: that everyone carrying a story, a body of expertise, or a piece of hard-won wisdom deserves the chance to put it into the world properly not rushed, not templated, not handed off to whoever happened to be cheapest that month.
Founded by Malik Moiz, Book Nation Media was built on a frustration that anyone who has tried to publish a book will recognize. The publishing world is full of vendors; a ghostwriter here, an editor there, a cover designer somewhere else, a distribution platform you have to figure out on your own and almost none of them talk to each other. Authors were left stitching together their own book from a dozen disconnected freelancers, hoping it would come together in the end.
Malik set out to build something different: a single agency where the writing, the editing, the design, and the publishing all live under one roof, guided by one team that actually understands the author's vision from the first conversation to the finished, published book in their hands.
Book Nation Media was never interested in being the fastest or the cheapest. It was built around a different set of priorities:
Your voice stays yours. A ghostwriter's job is to disappear into your voice, not replace it with theirs. Every manuscript BookNation produces goes through the same discipline: deep interviews, careful listening, and revision rounds built specifically to protect the author's authentic tone.
Publishing is a business decision, not just a creative one. A book written for a bookstore shelf and a book written to generate leads for a consulting business are not the same project. BookNation treats the publishing path as part of the writing strategy from day one, not an afterthought once the manuscript is "done."
Honesty over hype. No inflated promises of instant bestseller status, no recycled marketing claims borrowed from other agencies. BookNation's approach is built on real service delivery the same standard the team holds itself to internally as much as with clients.
Over the past two years, BookNation has worked with a wide range of authors, each with a different reason for writing:
Every project has looked different, because every author's reason for writing is different. What hasn't changed is the process: real conversations, real drafts, real revisions, and a finished book the author is genuinely proud to hold.
Book Nation Media LLC is registered in McKinney, Texas, giving the agency a true U.S. business foundation but the team itself works remotely, bringing together talent and expertise regardless of geography. It's a structure built for the modern publishing world: fast, connected, and not limited by a single office address.
Book Nation Media is still growing expanding its services, refining its process, and taking on authors from an increasingly global client base, including a growing number of clients across the UK, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. The mission hasn't changed since day one: give every author who walks through the door a real shot at a book they're proud of, built by people who actually care whether it turns out well.
If you have a story to tell, a business to build a book around, or an idea that's been sitting unfinished for years this is what BookNation was built for.
What began as one founder's conviction grew into a small, deliberately-built team. Each person chosen not just for skill, but for genuinely caring about the outcome of a client's book.
Brian Frederick, Managing Director, leads client relationships, strategy, and the day-to-day operations that keep every project moving, from the first proposal to the final published copy.
Sebastian Connor, Publishing Consultant, guides authors through the maze of decisions; self-publishing versus traditional, distribution platforms, rights, and everything in between so clients never have to make those calls blind.
Sam Fischer, Ghostwriter and Client Partner, is often the first person to hear an author's story out loud, translating memory, voice, and raw experience into a manuscript that still sounds unmistakably like the person who lived it.
Mike Reed, Client Partner, focuses on business development building the relationships that bring new authors into the BookNation family and making sure every prospective client feels understood from the very first conversation.
Alex Wilson, Finance & Backend Support, keeps the business itself running smoothly behind the scenes from operations to financial management so the rest of the team can stay focused on the work in front of them.
Samantha Carter, Chat Consultant supporting business development, is often the first voice a prospective author hears, guiding early conversations with the same care and attention that defines the rest of the BookNation experience.
Together, operating as a fully remote team, they built BookNation into a full-service agency spanning ghostwriting, developmental and line editing, cover design, formatting, illustrations, translation, and distribution as well as the marketing infrastructure to help a finished book actually find its readers.
